The Indian Army has released the official notification for the 67th Short Service Commission (Technical) Women Course commencing in October 2026. Age Limit
For SSC (Tech)-67 Women: 20 to 27 Years (As on 01 Oct 2026).
Birth Range: 02 Oct 1999 to 01 Oct 2006 (both dates inclusive).
- For Widows of Defence Personnel: Maximum 35 Years (As on 01 Oct 2026)
Eligibility
SSC (Tech)-67 Women: Candidates who have passed or are in the final year of Engineering Degree in the relevant streams.
Widows of Defence Personnel:
SSCW (Non-Tech): Graduation in any stream.
SSCW (Tech): B.E./B.Tech in any engineering stream.
Note: Final year students must pass and submit proof by 01 Oct 2026.
Pay Scale
Stipend During Training: ₹56,100/- per month.
Rank: Lieutenant (Level 10).
Salary Structure: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 + MSP ₹15,500 + Allowances.

How to Apply

Registration: Click on ‘Officer Entry Apply/Login’ and register (if new).
Fill Form: Go to ‘Apply Online’ > ‘Short Service Commission Technical Course’ and fill in details.
CGPA Conversion: Convert CGPA/Grades into marks as per university formula.
Submission: Verify details and click ‘Submit’. No changes allowed after closing date.
Printout: Take two copies of the application with Roll Number 30 minutes after closure on the last day.
For Widows: Apply Offline. Send application to Rtg ‘A'(TGC) section, Dte Gen of Rtg, AG’s Branch, Integrated HQ, Ministry of Defence (Army), West Block-III, RK Puram, New Delhi- 110066 by 19 Feb 2026.
