Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Scientific Assistant Answer Key 2017

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the tentative answer key for the Scientific Assistant Computer-Based Examination 2017. The examination was successfully conducted from November 20, 2017, to November 27, 2017, for the recruitment of 1102 posts in the India Meteorological Department. The answer keys, along with the candidates’ response sheets, have been made available for all sets and shifts. Candidates can review the keys and submit representations or objections against any discrepancies. The window to raise objections is open for a limited period, and candidates are advised to complete the process within the stipulated timeframe to ensure their challenges are considered by the commission before the final result is prepared.

How to Download the Answer Key

    Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission, ssc.nic.in.On the homepage, click on the ‘Answer Key’ tab.Find and click the link for “Scientific Assistant in IMD Examination, 2017: Uploading of Tentative Answer Keys”.A PDF notice will open. Click the link within the notice to access the login portal.Enter your credentials, such as Roll Number and Password (as per your admission certificate).The answer key and your response sheet will be displayed on the screen for you to download and review.

How to Raise an Objection

Candidates can challenge the tentative answer key online through the same portal used for downloading it. A processing fee of Rs. 100/- per question/answer challenged is required. This fee is non-refundable. All objections must be submitted with valid documentary proof or justification to support the claim. Representations must be filed within the dates specified by the commission. Any objection received after the deadline or through any other means, such as post or email, will not be entertained.
