Same sequence of negligent conduct: 286 (Poison), 287 (Fire), 288 (Explosive), 289 (Machinery), 290 (Buildings), 291 (Animals). Punishment retains 6 months / Fine.

(Negligent Conduct)। अगर आपने घर में 'पिटबुल' जैसा खूंखार कुत्ता पाला है और उसे खुला छोड़ दिया (BNS 291/IPC 289); या आप घर तोड़ रहे हैं और बिना सेफ्टी के मलबा सड़क पर गिर रहा है (BNS 290/IPC 288); या आपने घर में ज्वलनशील केमिकल/पटाखे असुरक्षित रखे हैं (BNS 287/288)। इन सभी जन-लेवा लापरवाहियों के लिए 6 महीने की जेल है।
