Eligibility Criteria

  • Junior Translator (Posts A, B, C, D): Master Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subject OR Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level, AND Recognized Diploma Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Versa or 2 Year Experience.
  • Senior Hindi Translator (Post E): Master Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subject OR Master Degree in Any Subject with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory Subject in Degree Level, AND Recognized Diploma Course in Translation from Hindi to English Vice Versa or 3 Year Experience.
  • Junior Translator / Junior Hindi Translator (Post F): Master Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a Compulsory Subject OR Bachelor Degree with Hindi and English as Mains Subject.
  • Hindi Pradhyapak in CHTI (Post G): Bachelor Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects or Master Degree in Any Subject or B.Ed Degree OR Bachelor Degree in Any Stream or Master Degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects in Degree Level.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the provisional answer key for the Paper-I examination of the Junior Hindi Translator, Hindi Pradhyapak Recruitment 2018. The computer-based examination was conducted on January 13, 2019. Candidates who appeared for the test can now access the tentative answer keys along with their individual response sheets from the official SSC website. The commission has provided an opportunity for candidates to challenge the answer key if they find any discrepancies. This objection window is available for a limited period, during which candidates can submit their representations online with a valid justification.

How to Download the Answer Key

  • Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.nic.in.
  • On the homepage, navigate to the ‘Answer Key’ section.
  • Click on the link for “Uploading of Tentative Answer Keys of Junior Hindi Translator, Hindi Pradhyapak Examination, 2018”.
  • A PDF notice will open. Click the link at the bottom of the notice to access the login portal.
  • Enter your User ID (i.e., Roll Number) and Password as per your admission certificate.
  • The answer key and your response sheet will be displayed. Download and print a copy for your records.

How to Raise an Objection

  • Log in to the portal using the steps mentioned above.
  • Select the question number you wish to challenge.
  • Provide a clear justification and upload supporting documents for your claim.
  • Pay the non-refundable processing fee of ₹100 per question/answer challenged.
  • Submit your objection before the specified deadline. Representations received after the due date will not be entertained.
