बलात्कार (Rape) पीड़ितों की पहचान गुप्त रखना! न्यूज़ चैनल, अख़बार या कोई भी आम नागरिक यदि किसी रेप पीड़िता (Rape Survivor) का नाम, फोटो या पते का खुलासा करता है, तो यह कानूनन एक अपराध है। BNS में इसे महिलाओं के अपराध वाले अध्याय (BNS 72 / पुरानी IPC 228A) में रखा गया है (2 साल सजा)।
