कोई पुरुष जो किसी स्त्री को, जो ऐसे एकांत कार्य (Private act) में लगी हुई है जहां वह यह प्रत्याशा (Expects privacy) रखती है कि उसे देखा नहीं जाएगा, देखेगा (Watches) या चित्र खींचेगा (Captures image) या चित्र फैलाएगा… (प्रथम बार: 1-3 वर्ष; दूसरी बार: 3-7 वर्ष)।

BNS 77: कोई पुरुष जो किसी स्त्री को, एकांत कार्य में… देखेगा या चित्र खींचेगा या फैलाएगा… प्रथम दोषसिद्धि (First conviction): 1-3 वर्ष। द्वितीय: 3-7 वर्ष + जुर्माना।

ताक-झांक या छुपे कैमरे से वीडियो बनाना! (Voyeurism)। यह डिजिटल युग का बड़ा अपराध है। किसी होटल के कमरे (Trial Room / Bathroom) में हिडन कैमरा (Hidden camera) लगाकर किसी महिला के प्राइवेट अंग/नहाते हुए (Private Act) की तस्वीरें खींचना। या किसी के बेडरूम में खिड़की से छिपकर झांकना। ऐसे 'Peeping Toms' को BNS 77 (IPC 354C) में 3 साल (और दोबारा अपराध करने पर 7 साल) की जेल में डाला जाता है। यहां तक कि अगर महिला ने मर्ज़ी से फोटो खिंचवाई हो, पर आपने उसे बिना उसकी 'मर्ज़ी के इंटरनेट' (Disseminate) पर डाल दिया, तब भी यही केस लगेगा।
