Notification Details: Structure of Voter ID In India, a voter ID card serves as a valid form of personal identification since it is issued by an official government authority. It includes the following information: A unique Serial number (EPIC Number) Photograph of the cardholder A hologram containing the respective state/national symbol Name of cardholder Father’s Name of cardholder Gender of cardholder Card holder’s Date of Birth

ऑनलाइन वोटर आईडी (Voter ID) कार्ड के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें:

राष्ट्रीय मतदाता सेवा पोर्टल (NVSP) की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं।
होमपेज पर, शीर्ष दाएं कोने पर ‘साइन-अप’ (Sign-Up) बटन पर क्लिक करें।
अपना मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल पता और कैप्चा कोड प्रदान करें, फिर ‘जारी रखें’ पर क्लिक करें।
अपना ‘प्रथम नाम’, ‘अंतिम नाम’ भरें, ‘पासवर्ड’ सेट करें, इसकी पुष्टि करें, और ‘रिक्वेस्ट ओटीपी’ दबाएं।
अपने मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल पर प्राप्त ओटीपी दर्ज करें, फिर ‘सत्यापित करें’ पर क्लिक करें।
सत्यापन के बाद, ‘लॉगिन’ पर क्लिक करें। अपना मोबाइल नंबर, पासवर्ड, कैप्चा कोड दर्ज करें, और फिर ‘रिक्वेस्ट ओटीपी’ पर क्लिक करें।
अपने मोबाइल डिवाइस पर भेजा गया ओटीपी दर्ज करें और ‘वेरिफाई और लॉगिन’ बटन पर क्लिक करें।
लॉग इन करने के बाद, ‘सामान्य निर्वाचकों के लिए नया पंजीकरण’ अनुभाग के तहत ‘फॉर्म 6 भरें’ विकल्प का चयन करें।
अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, रिश्तेदारों का विवरण, संपर्क जानकारी, आधार संख्या, जन्म तिथि, पता और एक घोषणा दर्ज करके फॉर्म 6 पूरा करें। आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करें, फिर ‘पूर्वावलोकन और सबमिट करें’ पर क्लिक करें।
दर्ज की गई सभी जानकारी की सावधानीपूर्वक समीक्षा करें। यदि सब कुछ सही है, तो ‘सबमिट’ पर क्लिक करें।

ऑफ़लाइन वोटर आईडी (Voter ID) कार्ड के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें:

निकटतम राज्य चुनाव कार्यालय पर जाएं और फॉर्म 6 का अनुरोध करें।
