कंपनियों और सप्लायरों पर शिकंजा! जो मैन्युफैक्चरर या होलसेलर 'कम तौलने वाली' तराजू (Weighing Scales) या 'कम वजन वाले' लोहे के बाट जानबूझकर बनाता है और दुकानदारों को बेचता है; वह भी ठगी का भागीदार है। BNS 283 (IPC 267) के तहत ऐसे सप्लायर को भी 1 साल की सजा मिलती है।
