लापरवाही से बीमारी फैलाना (जैसे COVID-19)! यदि कोई व्यक्ति टीबी (TB) या कोरोना जैसी संक्रामक जानलेवा बीमारी से पीड़ित है और जानते हुए भी भीड़-भाड़ में बिना मास्क लगाए घूमता है (लापरवाही/Negligence)। उसकी इस हरक़त से पुलिस उस पर BNS 284 (IPC 269) का केस दर्ज़ कर सकती है (6 महीने की सजा)।
