मंदिर/मस्जिद/चर्च में तोड़फोड़! (Sacrilege/Defiling Place of Worship)। यदि कोई दंगाई या उपद्रवी जानबूझकर 'धार्मिक भावनाओं को आहत' करने के लिए दूसरे धर्म के मंदिर की मूर्ति तोड़ता है, या मस्जिद/ग्रेवयार्ड/गुरुद्वारे में सूअर या कोई अपवित्र चीज़ फेंक देता है (Defiling)। इस साम्प्रदायिक अपराध के लिए BNS 299 (पुराना IPC 295) में 2 साल की सजा है।
