अपनी ही संपत्ति को छिपाकर फ्रॉड करना! यह धारा (IPC 424 / BNS 323) 'Fraudulent Deeds' सीरीज की 'कैच-ऑल' (Catch-all) धारा है। जैसे कोर्ट का अमीन ट्रैक्टर ज़ब्त करने आ रहा है, तो मालिक ने खुद ही ट्रैक्टर के टायर निकालकर उसे कहीं दूर खलिहान में घास के नीचे 'छिपा' दिया (Concealed)। या पार्टनरशिप कंपनी का सारा माल एक पार्टनर ने रातों-रात हटा (Remove) दिया। ऐसी कोई भी 'फ्रॉड (धोखेबाज़ी)' अपनी या दूसरे की संपत्ति के साथ करने पर 2 साल की सज़ा होती है।
