जो कोई गृह-अतिचार (House-trespass) करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि 1 वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से जो 1000 रुपये तक हो सकेगा, या दोनों से दंडित किया जाएगा।

329(4): जो कोई गृह-अतिचार करेगा, वह 1 वर्ष तक के कारावास से, या 5000 रुपये तक के जुर्माने (Fine increased) से, या दोनों से दंडित किया जाएगा।

किसी के घर/दुकान में ज़बरदस्ती घुसने की सजा! अगर कोई व्यक्ति किसी के घर, आंगन, या दुकान (House/Building) के अंदर ज़बरदस्ती घुस जाता है और बाहर निकलने से मना कर देता है। तो उस पर IPC 448 (नया BNS 329-4) का केस दर्ज होता है। इसमें '1 साल की जेल' की सजा होती है। नए कानून में इसका जुर्माना 1000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर '5000 रुपये' कर दिया गया है।
तुलना
Fine Revision: गृह अतिचार (House trespass) के लिए भी सजा अवधि 1 साल है, परंतु जुर्माना 1000 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 5000 रुपये किया गया है।
